Terms and Conditions
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class standard although we do give the option of signed for should you wish to be able to track your order.
In the rare event your order gets lost in the post, please contact us as soon as possible so we can take the matter up with Royal Mail. Please note we can only chase the matter with Royal Mail after 10 business days (excludes Sunday’s)
If 10 business days have passed since shipping we will email a declaration form for you to sign to declare the parcel as missing/lost.
If you have ordered any BESPOKE stationary we will email you a proof for you to check over and confirm before we send to print. If we do not get a response within 24 hrs we will send to print and post, after this time NO amendments can or will be made, it is your responsibility to ensure all spelling and personal details are correct upon ordering and we allow you this timeframe to make any changes.
The above also applies to and logo/leaflet design.
When ordering CLP’s you MUST INCLUDE your business address, postcode and telephone number to be compliant. All labels will be designed with the same font in size 4. It is also important that you type the fragrance oil EXACTLY as it appears on the suppliers website, this is to ensure we can correlate the correct label for your end product. In the event this is not done correctly we will process an automatic refund on all sheets for said fragrance.
FOR REED DIFFUSERS - we can only correlate these for fragrances where the supplier has the SDS sheets and/or CLP readily available at 10%, 15% or 25%. If you use 15% or less but the supplier only has the SDS at 25%, then this is what we will use. This will cover you legally for any percentage up to 25%. All labels will also include reed diffuser safety advice.
FOR CANDLE CLP- You cannot use wax melt CLP labels on a candle. So if you produce and sell both it’s your responsibility to ensure you have the correct labels for each product you sell. All our candle labels cover you for up to 10% fragrance oil. All labels will include the text ‘WARNING’ and the mandatory candle pictograms along with the correct hazard pictograms as per CLP regulations. Candles also need the relevant safety advice. If you opt for rectangle we can include this on the CLP label or we do sell safety labels separately.
We DO NOT under any circumstance accept legal responsibility for the CLP labels we send out as we go from the information provided by your supplier. we will only ever produce CLP’s from reputable suppliers who provide the SDS sheets and/or CLP templates. All pictograms are 1cm square as standard and all none obligatory statements are removed from the label. You, the manufacturer are solely responsible for ensuring your products are legal, compliant and in line with current EU Laws/legislation. By purchasing your CLP labels from us, you are agreeing to these terms.
We are in no way affiliated with any fragrance oil suppliers and we do not supply any labels on their behalf.
No refunds are given on any personalised products. In the event that any sheets are missing or spelling mistakes are made, we will always replace this with new sheets. Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel to let us know of any issues along with a photo of the mistake. AFTER this time we will not send any replacements.
Turnaround time is around currently 10-14 working days for all orders. (Excludes weekends)
Turnaround time is always subject to change dependant on demand at any given time. We will always email if there are to be any expected delays.
Turnaround is the time it takes us to complete the order, we cannot guarantee how long postage will take. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms.
COVID - 19
As a THIRD national lockdown has been imposed delays with Royal Mail are to be expected. We ask that you allow at least 10 working days for your parcel to arrive before chasing up your order.
